This is correct, and given the current and future support of CSS (among other web standards) this won't change anytime soon.

This is correct. Because we're just so Web 2.0 proper javascript support is mandatory. Sorry about that :).

Why can't I add more IPs/netblocks to my watchlist?
Currently every user is restricted to 2048 IP addresses. This might change in the future or on request.
